Create a Simple Print Shop
If your intention is to sell your own product, rather than just allowing users to order print, this can be easily achieved by setting up:
- Bespoke Document Library
- Bespoke Image Library
- Bespoke Image Library
Bespoke Document Library
A normal customer using the solution can upload documents to their own private library. These documents will normally stay in the library for 1 month and are then deleted. As an affiliate, however, you can upload documents into the library that are seen by all users in your site and these documents will remain in the library indefinitely. These documents will have the tag "Global" in the library.
Let's say that you produce your own canvas products; you create PDFs, upload them and set them up as normal. However, on the "Save Options" tab, select Access Level - Everyone (this option is only available to Administrators).
There is also an "Allow Download" option, that can be set to "No". This will prevent users from downloading your files - if you want to prevent this.
Bespoke Image Library
If your focus is on images, then you can upload and categorize your images into the global image library. Customers can then create documents: calendars, greeting cards, canvasses, posters, etc. on demand; by using our templates.
The only access users have to your images (without ordering print), will be small thumbnails, so your images are safe.
