How does the affiliate scheme work?
- You register for an affiliate account and we create your account and send you your login details and an account code. Register
- You then either order print, link traffic through to our site, or deploy a website..
- Your customers either print their own document, print documents that you have uploaded for them or use on of the existing free template to create new ones.
- Every time an order is placed you receive a 25% commission.
How can I link to my domain from my web site?
When you sign up you will be given a code that corresponds to your account. For information on how to link see: Link for Revenue
Do I need to have a web site to participate?
No. You just need to make your customers aware of the service and give them the URL with the correct domain code to start printing!
Do I need to provide my own content for my customers to print?
No! Many customers will have their own documents (for example a photograph or a brochure) that would like to print. You just need to divert traffic from your web site to our service.
We also supply a full library of Online Templates for the customer to order from: canvas prints, posters, calendars, etc.
How can I create a library of documents for my customers to order?
To create a library of PDF documents for your customers to order, log in as the administrator of your account (we supply this when you are setup). Then upload each document you want to offer and set the access level to "Everyone". The document will appear in all of your customers' libraries and they will be able to order it as usual.
Do you offer any templates that could be used to create new documents?
We provide a number of 'global' templates ranging from business cards to canvas and calendars. These can be offered to your customers for free.
How can I have a bespoke templates setup?
If you need bespoke templates we can build these for you for a small fee. Using the templates and offering them to your customers is free.
I am a software developer and I can create ready-to-print documents. How can my users print these documents using your service?
There are two options. Either your software will need to output a PDF document that your users can then upload manually, or, the software can order print directly using web services. See Developers.
Are there any geographical limitations as to where print can be ordered or delivered?
No! A customer can print from anywhere in the world and have the print delivered anywhere in the world! However as we only have print partners in a certain countries, costs and time to deliver may vary significantly.
Who prints the documents when an order is placed?
This depends on your account options. Some partners will specify a single print supplier, other will use the 'global' printers. Customers accessing the global printers will be given any option of printers who are filtered based on a number of criteria (such as cost, time to deliver, customer rating etc). The chosen printer will fulfil the order based on the print options selected.
How often are the reports updated?
All reports are updated in real time.
What are the details for the commission and commission payment?
Commission is paid at 25% on the price of the print; any additional charges for postage and handling are not included.
The commissions are paid at the end of every calendar month, if the following criteria are met:
- You have set up a valid PayPal account on your affiliate page
- The payment exceeds our minimum threshold of £25 / $50.
- Lower values will be paid on request.
